Lower Precinct, Coventry

Coventry's Lower Precinct is architecturally one of the most interesting shopping centres in the country. Approximately 60 metres long and covered by a 12 metre high glass canopy, it is home to some of the city's most exciting retailers, cafes and restaurants.

However, the glass canopy had become extremely dirty following 12 months of ongoing construction projects in the surrounding areas, combined with general weathering stains.

Working consistently over a seven-day period, EcoLogic cleaned the high glass roof using a pure water system to eliminate smearing. Exemplary health and safety standards were observed, with highly trained operatives using reach and wash equipment in compliance with working at height legislation, which kept the Lower Precinct safe for its staff and members of the public.
